MALIN HELLKVIST SELLÉN AT YOUR SERVICE.
During the event on December 3rd, the audience will get the opportunity to participate in individual talks with the artist. You have 15 minutes at your disposal to talk about the topic of your choice. You can also come to just hang around and watch other people talk. We will turn Studio 1 into a nice "at your service-space" with music, bar (cash only) and choreographic thoughts.
This new choreographic process starts out from an interest to meet you and an idea of conversations and thoughts as movement capital. If you want something special from Malin Hellkvist Sellén and her choreographic work this is your chance. She will be at your service.

Due to illness and an injury in the cast sadly we will not be able to perform Within Reasonable Limits this week. We are doing our best to find new dates to perform as soon as possible.

Admission is free but you need to book a ticket. Only three shows so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible!

START OF REHEARSALS!
Within reasonable limits is now officially rocking the floor. On the 14th of February we began rehearsing. The dancers are picked: Gunnar Ekman, Ilja Stenberg, Maria Wärme och Mattias Lindow. 150 people joined us in the workshops and did a fantastic job! Great big thanks to all of you! We will be rehearsing at the SITE studio at Telefonplan so be sure to check in here in a while for more info on open rehearsals.

After the premiere the 28th there will be a little party and the day after there will be a talk with Malin and parts of the cast.
Within Reasonable limits will also play at the MADE-festival in Umeå 7th of May and at Dansens Hus in Stockholm 22nd to 25th of September.

OPEN WORKSHOP FOR PEOPLE WITH NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE!
6TH OF DECEMBER 12.00-16.00 AT FRYSHUSET IN STOCKHOLM.
In the workshop you will meet Malin Hellkvist Sellén and the creative team. They will introduce themselves and the Within reasonable limits project, you will then warm up together and try different dance exercises. We will also ask you to fill out a form stating how much time you would have for rehearsals in February, March and April if you were chosen to work in the project. Do you think it sounds like fun but still difficult and potentially embarrassing? Don't be nervous, come join. It's going to be fun! Please remember the workshops are planned to work for anyone. We've already seen hundreds of pros dance, this time we want you!

The deadline for applications to the workshops in December has now passed. We hope to see you at the premiere the 28th of April at Pusterviksteatern in Gothenburg!
Within reasonable limits is a project that aims at challenging the meaning of physical practices and the conditions of dance. Some previous works have had themes like disco dancing, christianity and bandstand dancing. The pieces have been shown around Sweden and have earned both critical acclaim and a loyal audience. Malin pushes the border of identity and how bodies are perceived. The work moves in a twilight zone between high- and low brow, transcending stereotypical expectations. Curious? How is this going to work?
You apply to a workshop through the form below. During the workshop you and a group of other participants will try out and talk about different ways of moving and dancing together with Malin and the creative team. Previous experience is absolutely NOT required. The workshops will be set up in a way that can work for anybody.
Important!
There is a limited number of places for the workshops. If there is a lot of interest selection will be based on your application! Those who have participated in a workshop will have a chance in being a part of the final piece. You have to be 18 or older. Last date for applications was the 20th of November 2009.
The workshops will take place in Stockholm 1-5 december 2009.
