This year »Pink promises« celebrates 10 years after the opening in 2008. We are happy to inform that the performance will be on stage at Dansens Hus in Stockholm 13-14 of March 2019. »Pink promises« is an investigation of bodies, identity and contemporary dance in relation to Swedish bandstand (in Swedish “dansband”) culture and music. This solo performance to dancer Marianne Kjærsund is a romantic value-exercise, focusing on a very popular and alive cultural expression.
